Partner Program
Partner Terms & Promotion Agreement
Last updated October 2026
1. Program Overview
Approved partners receive a unique discount code for their audience. Partners earn 20% of the profit on each qualifying order placed with their code, and their audience receives 15% off. Relite Research may adjust rates with written notice.
2. Research Use Only Promotion
All Relite Research products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Partners must never claim or imply human or animal consumption, dosing, injection, weight loss, healing, or any therapeutic, medical, or cosmetic benefit. Partners must not share protocols, before-and-after results, or personal use stories.
3. FTC Disclosure
Partners must clearly disclose their paid relationship in every post, video, story, or link (for example "#ad" or "Paid partner of Relite Research"), in line with FTC Endorsement Guides.
4. Code Use & Restrictions
Codes are for the partner's own audience. Partners may not bid on Relite Research brand keywords, post codes on coupon aggregator sites, use their own code for personal orders, or misrepresent themselves as Relite Research staff. Only one discount applies per order.
5. Commission Payouts
Commissions are calculated on paid, shipped orders, excluding shipping, cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders. Payouts are sent to the partner's payout email on a schedule set by Relite Research. Partners are responsible for their own taxes.
6. Brand & Content
Partners may use Relite Research names and images only to promote the program and must remove content on request. Relite Research may review partner content for compliance.
7. Termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time. Relite Research may immediately deactivate a code and withhold unpaid commissions for any compliance breach, misleading claims, or conduct that harms the brand.
8. Indemnification
Partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relite Research from claims arising from their content, statements, or breach of these terms. Nothing in this agreement creates employment, partnership, or agency.
