Terms of Sale & Research Supply Agreement

All compounds, peptides, and reagents sold by Relite Research are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory experimentation, receptor kinetics, and scientific research. They are not for human, animal, diagnostic, or therapeutic use, and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

By placing an order, the purchaser warrants that they are at least 21 years of age and a qualified institutional, academic, corporate, or independent researcher possessing appropriate laboratory equipment — including fume hoods, personal protective equipment, and analytical scales — to safely handle lyophilized compounds.

Any mention, inquiry, or indication of intent regarding human injection, dosing protocols, or clinical application will result in immediate order cancellation, refusal of service, and permanent blacklisting from future purchases.

The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relite Research, its owners, and affiliates from all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or regulatory actions arising from mishandling, off-label use, or unauthorized distribution of any product.
